Désirée Bridal is a bridal fashion brand designing modular bridal pieces in Paris and producing them in Europe.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Désirée Bridal offers modular bridal garments, including corsets, skirts, and complementary pieces designed to be worn individually or combined into multiple bridal looks.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions, and sizing information. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, fabric characteristics, and production processes.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes are included where required by law.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Désirée Bridal reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Désirée Bridal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • payment authorization issues;
  • suspected fraudulent activity;
  • product availability errors;
  • technical pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Europe.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International destinations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Désirée Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Désirée Bridal pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
  • items must be returned in their original condition;
  • all tags must remain attached;
  • original packaging must be included.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photographs clearly showing the issue.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

9. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

Désirée Bridal cannot be held responsible for size-related issues resulting from incorrect measurements selected by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • designs;
  • photographs;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • videos;
  • text;
  • branding elements;

is the exclusive property of Désirée Bridal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for the purposes of processing orders, providing customer service, and improving the shopping experience.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
