At Désirée Bridal, we hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- be returned in their original condition;
- have all original tags attached;
- be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- products that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed after delivery;
- products returned without original tags;

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please provide photographs clearly showing the issue.
We will review your claim and offer an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
